I don’t really like the smell of the usual sunblock. Is there any product out there that smells differently? – Jane, 19 Print

You can try Ocean Potion®'s range of sun care products. We’ve tried it and it has a light citrusy scent that’s so refreshing. Their sunblocks absorb quickly, providing the highest full spectrum protection against UVA I, UVA II and UVB sunlight. Plus, they have Solaplex to enhance the stability of Parsol® 1789 (Avobenzone) that makes Ocean Potion® sunblocks more reliable and longer lasting.

Here are some of their products that we recommend:

For body

Ocean Potion® Broad Spectrum Anti-Aging Lotion SPF 50
It glides on easily without leaving any greasy feeling behind and contains Seaplant extracts and Anti-Oxidant Vitamins A, C, and E to protect your skin from free radicals.
Ocean Potion® Instant Dry SPF 50 Mist Anti-Aging Sunblock
This is so convenient! You can just spray it on all over your body and it’ll dry instantly. No mess, no rubbing and you’re good to go.
Ocean Potion® Sport Xtreme Sunblock SPF 50
Is oil free, PABA free, fragrance free as well as very sweat and water resistant so you can enjoy the outdoors without restrictions.

For face

Ocean Potion® Anti-Aging SPF 30 Face with Retinol
Helps protect your skin from aging due to sun damage and reduce fine lines. It can be used daily.
Ocean Potion® Face Potion SPF 45
Contains zinc oxide that goes on clear without leaving behind that white pasty look.
Ocean Potion® Dab-On Spotstick SPF 50
A new instant-dry formula that can be applied on your face, ears and scalp. It has a matte finish and can be worn under your makeup. The water resistant and fragrance free sunblock is small enough so you can carry it around with you to reapply with ease.

After sun care

Ocean Potion® 100% Pure Aloe Vera Gel
Soothes your skin and heals sunburns after a day out in the sun. Its moisturising qualities also help maintain your tan for a longer time. Is non-sticky and won’t stain.

Cheryl, I tried the product at the Watson's at Mid Valley the other day, the promoter was very helpful and told me went to the website since my sister lives in Penang and looking for good sunblock. The store locator helps u find where Ocean Potion is being carried. Very cute and easy website!

It was told that the daily SPF for fair skin ppl should be 30 max. Dark tone skin ppl should use spf 15 max. Spf that is more than 30 is not advisable to use it daily as it brings adverse effect to our skin instead of protecting it from UV rays and other harmful effects.

I came across this brand when I joined a marathon last year! It came as part of the freebies! And immediately I heart these. I went on to search for this, it's not sold in most the common pharmacy. Finally found out that they have these at Outdoor World!! I quickly grab it
I dont like to wear sunblock because of the smell but with this, I dont mind at all :)

I stumbled across this new brand when I was at Vital & Living in Hartamas. It was cheap and I was so tired of the other brands I've tried. I actually really like the Ocean Potion Anti Aging SPF 50,it has a very nice and fresh scent, a very light tangerine smell. It is non greasy and I really like that. Give it a try. :)

i hate sunblocks that are greasy especially when in contact with water. light yet powerful is what i'm looking for. neutrogena has a spray-on sunblock that works pretty well.

I love the quality and the scent of ocean potion. I used to buy it at Wal-mart but they don't seem to carry it any more. Is there another store I can purchase ocean potion products?
