Yes, there is a higher chance of semen from the condom being leaked inside of you. Even if he didn’t ejaculate, there might have been some pre-ejaculation. So, it is best to go to consult your gynae about getting the morning after pill (see Health for the risks of taking it too often) and testing for sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

To avoid this from happening again, you need to understand the reasons behind it. For one, the condom may be too big or small for your guy resulting in it slipping off or bursting during sex. Likewise, it can also be due to overly vigorous thrusting or him not holding to base of the condom when he pulls out of you.
