It really depends on the office culture and what position you’re in. In my experience, if you’re in the creative department, you’d have more freedom to dress up (or down) as you don’t usually need to meet clients. As for those in the client servicing or marketing side, they need to dress more formally.

To be safe, you should dress formally on the few first days and then see how the rest of your colleagues dress like.
